Online Admissions Applications

All applicants to OSU are required to use the online application.

Undergraduate only: University Honors College (UHC) applicants must fill out a supplemental application. PDF and online UHC applications are accepted.

International Students: If you do not have reliable internet service or do not have a credit card that is required to pay the application fee, please contact the appropriate office to request assistance.

  • Undergraduate Instructions: The Certification of Finances form can be filled in, saved, and printed using Adobe Reader. The printed form must be signed by hand, but it can then be scanned, saved as a PDF, and emailed to intladmit@oregonstate.edu. If you do not have a scanner, the signed paper form can be mailed or faxed to the Office of Admissions +1.541.737.2482.

Each year, Oregon State University publishes an Annual Security Report to comply with the requirements of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act. The report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings

or property owned or controlled by Oregon State University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.
