Official Transcripts from all colleges attended must be sent to the Office of Admissions at Oregon State University.
If applicable, please mail a photocopy of both sides of your resident alien card.
If you are an international post baccalaureate applicant please also send the following documents with your application materials :
A photocopy of your TOEFL or IELTS score. If admitted, your official score must be received by the Office of Admissions prior to the start of your first term of enrollment.

Each year, Oregon State University publishes an Annual Security Report to comply with the requirements of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act. The report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Oregon State University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault, and other matters. This year's report is available in printed form by contacting the Oregon State University, Department of Public Safety, which is located in room 200, Cascade Hall, 601 SW 17th Street, Corvallis, OR 97331. The report may also be found on the University's Department of Public Safety website.
