Instructions for Printing a Copy of Your Web Application

Go to the Student Online Application Login. Enter Login ID and PIN used to create your application and click the 'Login' button.
There are two types of applications on this screen. You are able to print any applications underneath the Processed Applications. Choose the application term and year you want a copy and click on the link. If your application is still under Applications in Progress please allow two business days and try again.
This is a summary of the submitted admissions application that you selected. On the bottom, click on the button named 'View Application Information'.
This is a view of your web application. Click on button named 'Printer Friendly Version'.
On the bottom of the page, click on the button named 'Print this page'.

Please note that your submitted application is final and no changes can be made.

Each year, Oregon State University publishes an Annual Security Report to comply with the requirements of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act. The report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Oregon State University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault, and other matters. This year's report is available in printed form by contacting the Oregon State University, Department of Public Safety, which is located in room 200, Cascade Hall, 601 SW 17th Street, Corvallis, OR 97331. The report may also be found on the University's Department of Public Safety website.
