Test Scores - TOEFL Alternatives
Students who have not taken the TOEFL may use one of the following
acceptable language proficiency measurements to demonstrate language proficiency:
Graduate Applicants:
- IELTS: Minimum score of 6.5 (conditional admission may be offered with 6.0)
Undergraduate Applicants:
- IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0 (5.0 for conditional admission)
- IGCSE or "O" Levels / GCE or "A" Levels: Minimum grade of C (pass)
- SAT verbal: Minimum score of 500
- SAT-II ELP: Minimum score of 965
- Cambridge CAE: Minimum grade of C (pass)
- ACTE: Minimum score of 21
- INTO OSU Academic English: Completion of level 6 with recommendation
All scores must be less than two years old as of the start of the term requested.
