				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are happy to announce that <strong><em>Oregon State has been chosen as one of the Fiske Guide &#8216;Best Buy&#8217; institutions!</em></strong>   For 2013, Fiske Guide to Colleges has designated 41 such institutions—20 public and 21 private—as Best Buys.  All of the Best Buy schools fall into the inexpensive or moderate price category, and most have four- or five-star academics ratings.<br />
