Are you going to be here in Corvallis taking summer courses? Do you love listening to music? Well, you are in luck. During OSU’s Summer Session 2012, there will be 7 free noon concerts for your viewing pleasure. The concerts are scheduled to be held on the brick mall outside the OSU Bookstore, unless otherwise noted.  They will occur on Wednesday’s between the dates June 27^th – August 15^th.

In partnership with MU Program Council (MUPC) and MU Events, the logistics and management of the weekly concerts support ‘service learning’ opportunities for students while providing our audience with some great FREE summer time entertainment during the work week.  Students from MUPC select performers from around the northwest, from a variety of genre’, and coordinate the entire event.  While, students from MU Events manage the venue (stage/chairs/performance area) along with the sound/electronic requirements of the performers.
