Howsit, dear readers!

Greetings from chilly Anchorage. It has been a busy few days for me up here, a new hotel and flight every day. So far I’ve been to Ketchikan, Sitka and Juneau for college fairs. The fairs themselves have been wonderful; I’ve met so many wonderful students.

While Alaska is a stunningly beautiful place, we get so little time to see it out here on the road. As they say, seen one high school gym, seen ‘em all. A lot of people I talk to are under the impression that I am up here jetsetting around…Not the case! Most of my sightseeing takes place from airport security lines:

I’ve been getting a ton of questions this week about when students can apply to OSU. Remember from our earlier post on the application: OSU takes applications on a rolling basis. You can apply right now for the fall if you are a senior.

I’ll try to check in again soon with another update from the road.

Though the scholarship deadline has passed (Feb 1), students may still apply to OSU for admissions consideration for the upcoming school year. You may access the application online by visiting the admissions website at www.oregonstate.edu/admissions.
