Additional Scholarships for Agricultural Science and Forestry Majors!

January 13th, 2009

Are you a Fall 2009 new/incoming student and have declared your major within Agricultural Sciences or Forestry? You may be eligible to apply for additional scholarships through the departments directly. These require a separate application that must be completed by the deadlines below. Keep in mind that these are different from the university-wide scholarships that you are automatically considered for on the OSU admissions application (if you have already applied to OSU).

OSU College of Agricultural Sciences Scholarships
All entering agricultural science students are encouraged to apply! Every year money goes unclaimed because many of the Ag Science scholarships have very specific criteria. So don’t miss out on this great opportunity! One application puts you in the pool for all college scholarships (department and university scholarships may require a separate application). Click the link above for complete details and to apply online. DEADLINE: FEB 1. Please call (541) 737-5655 if you have any questions on scholarships from the College of Agricultural Sciences.

OSU College of Forestry Scholarships
New and current students who are admitted or enrolled in the College of Forestry are eligible to apply for College of Forestry scholarships. Through the generosity of our donors, the College awarded over $400,000 in undergraduate scholarships for the 2008-09 academic year with individual awards ranging from $1,000 – $6,500. Click the link above for complete details and to apply online. DEADLINE: FEB 1. Please call (541)-737-1594 if you have any questions on scholarships from the College of Forestry.
