4. IMPORTANT: To properly evaluate your application we must have access to your complete academic record. We have access to your OSU coursework so you do not need to provide any OSU transcripts. You must submit official transcripts/test scores to OSU Admissions and unofficial transcripts/test scores to the department to which you are applying for any transfer coursework affecting your application.
If you answered NO to any of the above questions, it is possible you are not ready to apply to the professional program. Please feel free to contact us at 541-737-5236 or call us toll free at 877-257-5182.
Have you downloaded a copy of the Course Requirements by Major? You will need to print out this document to serve as a reference while filling out your application. You may also find it useful to have the OSU Catalog open in a separate window.
