August 7th, 2008

Hello, dear readers!

Checking in with a quick story about Jim and Judith Atwood Youde who recently pledged $1.4 million dollars to support student scholarships.

From oregonlive.com:

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Two graduates of Oregon State University have committed $1.4 million to the school, most for scholarships for students in business and agricultural science.

The money is coming from Jim and Judith Atwood Youde, who met at Oregon State and married shortly after they graduated in 1962.

Thanks to Jim and Judith for their continued support of OSU!

It’s a great day to be a Beaver!
