Who would have thought schools would need have to have “sniper drills” and “emergency communication measures.” I guess it’s just an unfortunate reality.

One presentation from a rep of the DoE stressed the need for universities to incorporate effective emergency communication measures. It’s good to know OSU is focused on this.
