‘Rockstar’ business mogul, OSU alum to speak

OSU alumnus Tim Baggs will be this week’s Weatherford Fellow.

Tim Baggs began his business career with L.A. Ski and Sun Tours where his most recent holding was vice president of sales. He started with L.A. Ski and Sun Tours in 1996, while attending Oregon State University. Tim held the position of Campus Sales Representative and helped create and establish the “All-College� Whistler Ski Trip. On December 22, 2004, Tim founded Charge Beverages Corporation. During the first year, the corporation sold over $3 million of their primary product, liquid Charge, between 36 states and over 160 distributors. Today, liquid Charge is available in 40 states with over 180 distributors and has the potential to reach 80% of the United States population with distribution is majority of the nations leading chain stores. From 2000 to 2004, Tim was associated with Rockstar Energy Drink as a regional manager where he launched, marketed, and managed sales for ten states. In 2002, Tim was a founder, investor, and managing member for Summit Beverage, LLC, a distributing company with locations in Oregon and Washington. He also founded Liquid Ventures, LLC, who manufactures Liquid Vodka, which is currently available in select NW States.
