‘Animal Planet’ to run show on OSU Beavers and other kinds

Beginning tomorrow and running through August 6th, the Discover Channel show ‘Animal Planet’ will run a documentary on the animal that Oregon State takes as it’s mascot. According to one viewer, “I saw the show – it was actually really interesting.” Thanks to Matt Ogawa for the heads up. -bv

A group of 35 undergraduate students have received fellowships in the biological sciences as part of the 2006 Howard Hughes Medical Institute Summer Research Program at Oregon State University.
