The OSU gymnastics team qualified for the NCAA National Championships by finishing second at the NCAA West Regional this past weekend.
Oregon State University, Oregon State Athletics and the City of Corvallis are excited to be hosting the 25th anniversary of the NCAA Womenâ€™s Gymnastics Championships at Gill Coliseum.
The NCAA Championships is a three day event that takes place April 20-22 with four rounds of action showcasing the nation’s top gymnasts.
2006 marks the third time that Oregon State has hosted the NCAA Womenâ€™s Gymnastics National Championships. OSU hosted the ’90 and ’93 Championships.

OSU finished the 2005 gymnastics season with the seventh highest attendance average in the nation with an average of 3,266 fans coming through the doors for each meet at Gill Coliseum. OSUâ€™s attendance was the highest in the Pacific-10 Conference for at least the eighth year in a row (attendance has been tracked since 1998) and had a record attendance of 7,583 for a dual meet against Utah. The previous championships held in Gill Coliseum were no different with over 8,000 attendees at each session came to show their support of collegiate gymnastics.
