Admissions deadline passes; work continues

Students opening the 6+ buckets of mail

Students working the mail

In the last week leading up the undergraduate priority application deadline, the Admissions office received 2,350 web applications and 185 paper applications (not counting the 6 buckets in the picture)! And we are still receiving more that were postmarked on the Feb 1 deadline. The staff is hard at work to turn around these files and get decisions out to expectant students. Imagine the desk pictured below times 8 (yes, there are 8 desks that look like this!). It’s kind of crazy around here, but the very dedicated staff here in Admissions is working to get it done.

Comedy has to be based on truth. You take the truth and you put a little curlicue at the end. . Just my 2 cents. Damian.
