		<description>And the same is being felt at universities across Australia.  We use recyclable mini skip bags at a lot of the unis now as they are environmentally friendly in comparison to skips or rubbish bins.  Can&#039;t really comment on biodiesal and hybrids though.  I think that is a few years off</description>

		<description>i heard that biofuels are just as polluting as diesel/gas. Is this true? I know it at least has the advantage of not using a non-renewable resource, but perhaps electric is better if its non-polluting and renewable.</description>
