Oregon State a Podcasting Leader

Posted December 21st, 2005 by Blake

I was at a strategic enrollment management conference in Chicago in November and sat in on a podcasting session where OSU’s Grassroots Learning Project (GLP) was named as one of the benchmarks of podcasting by higher education institutions. Chester Bateman is the head of the GLP (in the Education Bldg across the street from my office) and is VERY energized about the use of podcasting in education . He has worked with the George Lucas Educational Foundation on a podcast project including broadcasting an Edutopia session at Crescent Valley High School here in Corvallis on 10/13/2005.

More about Chester and the GLP in this GT article.
