Greetings from Beaver Nation! As a first-time blogger, I look forward to the evolution of this blog, its topics, and response to information posted here. Thanks to Dan and Eric for getting us off the ground.

The idea behind this blog is to put out better, timely information about the goings-on here at OSU, in the Admissions Office, and within the Enrollment Management division. I’ll likely be the main contributor but don’t be surprised if we have some guest authors along the way. My background: 1st generation college student; B.A Business Administration, Eastern Oregon University (1994), Ed.M College Student Services Administration, Oregon State University (2005). I’ve spent the last 10 years in the college admissions world, 3 at EOU and the last 7 at OSU. Current title: Associate Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications. But enough about me!
