Our group provides daily support to Business Center HR and their use of technologies such as Banner, OSCAR, Nolij, Data Warehouse, various HR databases and more. Some of the projects we’ve been working on recently include: providing end of year data for reporting of OSU’s employment and income impacts on Oregon communities and legislator districts, implementation of a minimum wage increase and wage increases as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, academic faculty salary compression corrections, implementation of a new HR Business Center at OSU-Cascades campus, and implementations of the EmpCenter time and attendance system, the professional faculty Job Category and Compensation Program, and The Work Number for employment and income verifications.
