Specialist 1-Assoc Gen Counsel

Positions in this job profile serve as Associate General Counsel and act as University General Counsel in the absence of the Executive-General Counsel. They provide or assist in the provision of legal counsel to specified organizational units of the institution. They perform standard and complex legal work in assigned areas. Practice areas may include, but are not limited to, labor and employment, business transactions, real and personal property, intellectual property, information technology, student and faculty issues, tax and constitutional law. They participate and/or assist in the conduct of litigation as assigned.
