Are you a Prior PEBB Member?
Please contact Employee Benefits at 541-737-3521 or employee.benefits@oregonstate.edu before completing the benefit enrollment process if any of the following are true:
- You are transferring to OUS from a State agency or another OUS institution and currently have PEBB insurance. Your current benefit enrollments will be transferred.
- You had PEBB insurance through OUS, a State agency, or another OUS institution within the past 12 months. Your prior enrollments will be reinstated and you will be allowed to make changes within the first 30 days. If you were enrolled in an FSA account, you will need to re-enroll.
- You had PEBB insurance through OUS, a State agency, or another OUS institution in the past. You can complete the benefit enrollment process once your PEBB ID number has been transferred to OUS.
