Leaders have the ability to transform and create significant change in the lives of people and organizations. As the Dean of Public Health and Human Sciences (PHHS), Tammy is working towards an accredited public health program.
A transformational effort begins by envisioning a future that is much greater than what currently exists. It requires major disruption met with a well-planned, multi-modeled support structure that forwards the rebuilding effort.
Tammy will be sharing lessons learned as PHHS embarked on this transformation and the many changes that the college has gone through as they work towards accreditation. These lessons can be applied to individual and organizatioal transformation.
