What do leaders do for followers to truly commit? How do followers emerge as leaders in this symbiotic relationship? Participants will explore the dynamic interactions between the leader and follower. This experiential session will enable a fascinating set of metaphors to arise so that participants can visualize and understand the significance of leadership/followership roles within their organization, unit, group or personal life.
