All Professional Faculty will be asked to complete the Position Description Questionnaire anytime from June 25^th-July 6^th.

13. I have more than one position at OSU.  How do I complete the PDQ for all positions?

If you hold multiple professional faculty positions, you will complete PDQs for all positions using the following steps:

1. Log into the questionnaire using your OSU ID# followed by A.
2. The PDQ will auto populate with one of your positions.
3. Complete the PDQ for this position in its entirety.
4. Exit the PDQ.
5. Go back into the PDQ using the above link.
6. Log into the questionnaire using your OSU ID# followed by B.
7. The PDQ will auto populate with your second position.
8. Complete the PDQ for this position in its entirety.

15. Can we work within a Word version of the PDQ and then cut and paste our work into the online tool?

Yes, you can find a Word version of the PDQ at http://oregonstate.edu/admin/hr/job_category/pdq on the toolbar found on the right side of the page.  In addition, the Business Center Human Resource Departments have a copy of this document available upon request.

16. Will the job title field in the Supervision Section expand to fit all job titles I supervise?

Yes, the job title field will expand to fit as many characters as you input.
