How does the Program work?
Subject:Full Tenure Relinquishment Program
You agree to voluntarily relinquish your indefinite tenure and resign or retire from your tenured appointment. In consideration for your tenure relinquishment and resignation, the University will provide you with continued employment on an academic wage appointment, not to exceed 1039 work hours per calendar year and three years from the date of your resignation or retirement.
