What is Employee Online ServicesEmployee Online Services is an OSU web-based database where faculty and staff may see their personal information and payroll data kept in the University’s Human Resource Information System. Through this internet connection, you and only you will have access to your information from anywhere in the world, at any time. You will be able to view information such as your earnings, leave balances, and benefit deductions. You may change some information, such as your current address, email address, directory profile, and direct deposit instructions. Printable W-2 duplicates are also available. How Do I Use Employee Online Services?First, you connect to the Internet. The web address for Employee Online Services is: https://adminfo.ucsadm.oregonstate.edu/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin You will also find links to Employee Online Services from other OSU web pages, such as the Faculty/Staff home page, or Human Resources. Student employees may access OSU Online Services this way or through the Student Online Services link from the OSU home page. Once you are at the Employee Online Services login page, enter your University ID (or your social security number) and your personal identification number, called your General Access PIN, or GAP. Public computers are available in the Information Commons at The Valley Library. When you finish using a public workstation, be sure to close the browser to protect your information. What is My University ID Number?This is a number by which the University tracks all computerized information about you as an employee or student. Your ID number is on your OSU ID Card, entered as one continuous 9-digit number, without hyphens. What Is My General Access PIN (GAP) Number?Your General Access PIN is a 6-digit number known only to you. Your General Access PIN is a 6-digit number known only to you. All General Access PINs are initially set to be an employee’s birth date. For example, if your birth date is March 20, 1972, your initial GAP would be 032072. After you have logged on the first time you will be prompted to change your GAP to a new number. This will guarantee your privacy. You will also enter a Security Question for future identification if you forget your GAP. Can Anyone Else See My Personal Data?The only way anyone can access your personal data through InfOSU is by entering your ID number and GAP, which is known only to you. This is why we require you to change your pre-set GAP on your first visit. Can I Change Information?You may view many records and update some of them.
