This service is available to you once your personnel record is set-up in the employee database. If you find your personnel data on-line at the above link, please view your information for accuracy. You may change your address, phone, name, and other personnel data while on-line. See FAQs below:

First, you connect to the Internet. The web address for Employee Online Services is: https://adminfo.ucsadm.oregonstate.edu/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin

You will also find links to Employee Online Services from other OSU web pages, such as the Faculty/Staff home page, or Human Resources.

Student employees may access OSU Online Services this way or through the Student Online Services link from the OSU home page.

Once you are at the Employee Online Services login page, enter your University ID (or your social security number) and your personal identification number, called your General Access PIN, or GAP.

Public computers are available in the Information Commons at The Valley Library. When you finish using a public workstation, be sure to close the browser to protect your information.

This is a number by which the University tracks all computerized information about you as an employee or student. Your ID number is on your OSU ID Card, entered as one continuous 9-digit number, without hyphens.

Your General Access PIN is a 6-digit number known only to you.

Your General Access PIN is a 6-digit number known only to you. All General Access PINs are initially set to be an employee’s birth date. For example, if your birth date is March 20, 1972, your initial GAP would be 032072.

After you have logged on the first time you will be prompted to change your GAP to a new number. This will guarantee your privacy. You will also enter a Security Question for future identification if you forget your GAP.

The only way anyone can access your personal data through InfOSU is by entering your ID number and GAP, which is known only to you. This is why we require you to change your pre-set GAP on your first visit.

You may view many records and update some of them. Please view and update this information, as needed:

• Address and Telephone
• Email Address
• Directory Profile
• Directory Deposit

During benefits open enrollment, it is helpful to view your current benefits and deductions before making changes.

If you believe information is incorrect, the Info text on each page may explain who to contact, or contact the person or department who normally helps you with this information, such as your department timekeeper, Human Resources (7-8300), Employee Benefits (7-2805), or the Payroll Office (7-3232.)

Your Employee Online Services login is used to access other OSU services, such as:

• ONID (Oregon State Network ID): information is available at http://www.onid.orst.edu. You will need an ONID account for campus services such as Blackboard or interlibrary loans.
• The OSCAR (Oregon State Central Administrative Resources) website requires you to log in for secured areas. Before using ONID or OSCAR the first time, you must access InfOSU and change your General Access PIN to a number only you know.
