Performance Coaching at OSU

Performance coaches are made up of faculty and staff from OSU and LBCC who volunteer their time as their schedules permit.

Coaches will complete an extensive training program before actively coaching. The initial group of coaches were trained by Paul Axtell and Cindy Officer. Since this initial group, additional coaches have been trained by:

• Paul Biwan, Training & Organizational Effectiveness, OSU;
• Lisa Hoogesteger, Director-Healthy Campus Initiatives, Dean of Students, OSU; and
• Alice Sperling, Coordinator of the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence, Linn-Benton Community College.
