Requesting A Coach

The Coaching program was developed to support OSU and LBCC faculty and staff. If you have reviewed this website and are ready to go to work on a targeted area, then request a coach by e-mailing Paul Biwan, Training & Development Manager in the Office of Human Resources, or calling Paul at 737-0545.

Please provide a general idea or area of performance that you would like to be coached on. (This information is used in making a match with a coach.)
