Operations
The Operations Team provides support for the centralized administrative
mainframe equipment, production (Banner) job scheduling, ad hoc Data warehouse
requests, and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) scanning, (including test scoring
and survey processing).

Normal Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

send email. If necessary, Operations staff can be reached through
the main Enterprise Computing Services telephone at 541-737-2494.
Scheduled Downtime:
- Banner is always out of service for system backups from 11:55 pm Friday
until about 6:00 am Saturday. We reserve Saturday from 6:00 am until noon
as a regular system maintenance time. We will announce by Friday noon
if we are going to use this time. If there is a user need for Saturday
morning service, please contact
Catherine Williams at least two weeks in advance so that we can ensure
that service.
