You WILL need to enter any course-specific questions if: 1) this is the first time you have taught the course since we have migrated to the electronic evaluation format; 2) you taught this course in Fall 2011 (even if you previously entered questions in Fall 2011); 3) the course is a different section than it was in Winter or Spring; or 4) you want to make edits.

INSTRUCTOR-ADDED QUESTIONS:

The summer term is very complex with multiple and overlapping sessions. After consultation with the Faculty Senate leadership (weighing a technologically limited choice between instructor-added questions and grade/transcript holds), it was decided that instructor-added questions will not occur this summer term. You will not need to take any action related to previous questions that may have been added into the system for a course. The instructor-added questions feature will just be turned “off” at the source for the summer (thus, there will be no added questions, even from previous terms) and then turned back on in the Fall. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.

.
