Attend one of the Baccalaureate Core Category Review workshops. Collect data that will be shared in the Category Course Review Webform. Courses with Multiple Sections: Course instructors need to meet and discuss the course and plan how they will complete the Baccalaureate Core Category Course Review Webform. Refer to the How to do the Baccalaureate Course Review - Step-by-Step for ideas about what this process might look like. |

End of June 2013 |
Deadline to submit the Baccalaureate Core Category Course Review Form for each course. |

Mid August 2013 |
Departments and Schools receive copies of the Baccalaureate Core Course Evaluation submissions for their records and review. This is assembled and shared by the Office of Academic Programs, Assessment and Accreditation (APAA). |

Mid-October 2013 |
The APAA finalizes the report to submit to the BCC, Baccalaureate Core Director, and Department Chairs/Associate Dean. NOTE: The APAA is responsible for assembling and preseting the data/information to the BCC, who makes all decisions about courses. |

December 2013 |
Departments and Schools receive BCC recommendations for courses. Full report is uploaded into the BEAVERS Learning Outcomes Tracking System. |

June 2014 |
Follow-up reporting for courses that received specific recommendations. |
|
2016 |
Interim reporting for all speech, mathematics, fitness and relevant WIC courses. |
