White rust on Aurinia saxatilis

A first report of white rust, Albugo candida, on Aurinia (Alyssum) saxatile, yellow alyssum in the United States has recently been published. The report was based on samples from the Seattle area but it has also been found in the Portland metropolitan area as well. The report has good information of the symptoms and signs of this disease as well as nice images.
