Interdependent Preferences for Seafood Consumption

ABSTRACT

This paper considers interdependence in seafood consumption exploiting data on consumer expenditures in Spain. Interdependence is modeled by making parameters in the demand system dependent upon current consumptions in the reference group of a particular consumer.
