Research Surveys: A Structural Design Process
By Stephen Johnson
ABSTRACT
An overview of the types of information on public perception and attitudes that can be provided by standard survey research questions. Because such questioning has limitations an approach that takes respondents through a structured decision process will be described. This structured method leads to a more robust attitude measurement then a simple questionnaire and the respondents final attitude is resistant to change.
