EDUCATION: AREAS OF RESEARCH INTEREST: Hormonal control of behaviors, reproductive endocrinology, neuroendocrinology of stress, non-genomic actions of steroids, and neurobiology of behaviorally active peptides. My current research projects involve investigating the molecular mechanisms associated with rapid behavioral responses to adrenal steroid hormones, the control of social behaviors by neuropeptides in the vasopressin / oxytocin family, and the neuroendocrine responses to pheromones. |
